Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking to take on a new challenge? We're seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Cotswold Outdoor, part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with a high level of service, including resolving any concerns they may have
  • Supporting the sales floor team to achieve sales targets and provide specialist services such as boot fits and gait analysis
  • Onboarding and mentoring new colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
  • Developing leadership competencies and operational expertise through our eLearning system and People and Product Development Team
  • Performing key holder duties, including opening and closing the store, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
  • Leading the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and coaching colleagues to achieve a high-performance culture

What We Offer

As a Retail Supervisor with Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, you'll receive a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour (£9.65 for under 21's), plus a bonus of up to £750 per annum, 40-60% discount across our range of products, and access to Perkbox to save money all year round.

  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • An understanding of how a store operates
