As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing excellent customer service to our customers. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment by following health and safety procedures and store policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.90 per hour (£9.65 for under 21's)
  • Bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked)
