Job Title: Payroll Administrator

At DFS Furniture Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to our employees. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Processing weekly and monthly payrolls in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements
  2. Providing accurate and timely payroll information to employees, management, and external bodies
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  4. Collaborating with the HR department to resolve queries and issues related to payroll and employee data
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a payroll or financial operations role
  • Excellent technical and numerical skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
