FM Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized FM Administrator to join our team at Serco. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data within our CAFM system
  • Provide timely and effective support to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with procurement activities, including local and framework procurement
  • Generate reports and forecasts to inform decision-making
  • Work closely with the wider contract team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a pressurized environment
