Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters, overseeing the probationary period review diary, and maintaining accurate clocking in data.

The HR Administrator will work closely with the Management Accountant and external HR consultancy to ensure the effective management of HR processes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a positive impact on the company's HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all new starters receive a new starter pack, contract of employment, and company health and safety induction
  • Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new starters
  • Update the probationary period review diary and ensure meetings are arranged and documented within deadlines
  • Liaise with the Payroll Officer to ensure accurate processing of payroll
  • Liaise with supervisors to arrange and document disciplinaries, performance management, and staff welfare meetings
  • Control and maintain clocking in data
