Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and payroll systems, with a strong understanding of Xero and Sage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise sales invoices and input purchase invoices, including financed and HP asset purchases.
  • Allocate bank feed transactions and compile wage journals manually into Xero.
  • Run debtors and creditors reports, including chasing debtors.
  • Complete weekly and monthly payrolls, including starters and leavers, and run necessary reports for two companies with 21 members of staff.
  • Pension administration and CIS reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and payroll systems.
  • Experience of working with Sage and CIS.
  • Able to work seamlessly across four businesses with their group of companies.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.

Benefits:

  • Location: Doncaster, DN10 - full time office based.
  • Hours: 40 per week, 08.30am/9.00am - 16.30pm/17.00pm with 1⁄2 hr dinner break over 5 days (flexibility can be discussed).
  • Salary: £27,000.
  • Holiday entitlement: 28 days per annum (including Bank Holidays).
  • Pension: Auto-Enrolment Pension will apply as required.
