Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.



Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls adhering to established processes, procedures, and statutory legislation
  • Audit and review information received to ensure adherence to internal procedures and deadlines
  • Produce payroll reconciliation and control reports
  • Respond to queries and data requests from colleagues and external sources
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve joint success while demonstrating flexibility and resilience
  • Demonstrate strong technical and numeracy skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Possess minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in payroll administration
  • Have practical experience with standalone and integrated HR and payroll systems
