Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to support a key client in Doncaster. As a valued member of the payroll team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, adhering to statutory legislation and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer and internal contacts professionally. A confident and customer-focused approach is essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls according to payroll processes and procedures
  • Audit and review information received, ensuring relevant internal procedures are followed and deadlines achieved
  • Produce payroll reconciliation and control reports
  • Respond to queries and data requests from internal colleagues and external sources

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced payroll environment
  • Practical experience of stand-alone and integrated HR and Payroll systems
  • Excellent technical and numeracy skills, including proficiency in Excel
