Job Description

We are looking for a Workplace Health Professional to join our team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will work 3 days per week in the office, providing expert services to our clients.

The Workplace Health Professional will be responsible for:

  • Conducting full health surveillance and health assessments, using clinical skills and knowledge to highlight areas of opportunity for improvements and developments.
  • Providing advice, guidance and support on work-related health matters, including suitability for employment, fitness to work and rehabilitation.
  • Contribution to the development, delivery and evaluation of effective and efficient health promotion activities for staff, ensuring a high-quality and value-for-money service.
  • Leadership and facilitation of the development and implementation of workforce health and wellbeing service objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Health Nursing or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • A broad range of occupational health nursing experience, including advising on complex issues in a complex customer-focused environment.
  • Track record of achievement as an occupational health nurse practitioner.
  • In-depth knowledge and ability to interpret and advise on occupational health issues.
  • Experience of developing occupational health solutions, strategies, practice and procedures.
