Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting the Payroll supervisor, contributing to the wider team, and taking on key responsibilities such as setting up new employees and managing leavers.
A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, hybrid working with two days from home per week, and opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in a market-leading PLC with a fantastic working culture.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of statutory legislation relating to PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, and Pensions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Proven experience in payroll operations or a related field
