Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our retail design showroom, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and design staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage the showroom's operations, including inventory management, customer interactions, and staff performance
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the kitchen industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of CAD design and Winner design package is an advantage
