Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Bournemouth. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the branch team, ensuring they are motivated and empowered to achieve their goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of budgets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
Requirements
  • Background: Proven experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering results, both operationally and against sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to grow customer accounts.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to visit customer sites, as required.
