Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Bournemouth. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the branch team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of team members, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
