Job Opportunity: Estate Agency Branch Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Sales to join our prestigious estate agency in Bournemouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, valuing properties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in estate agency and cross-sell across the business
  • Valuing properties with a proven track record in estate agency
  • Excellent networking skills to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Knowledge of the local property market to provide expert advice
  • Driven and proactive approach to work, with a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for clients
  • Full driving license essential for business travel

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £35,000, with on-target earnings of £50,000 per annum, depending on level of experience. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop a business under an extremely reputable brand, with a great package and benefits.
