Salary: OTE £45K

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Estate Agency Sales Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Conduct valuations and win instructions to drive business growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles within the estate agency sector
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Bournemouth area and local property market
  • Full driving license and ability to travel
