Residential Estate Agency Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Estate Agency Sales Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agents and driving sales growth in the residential estate agency sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Conduct valuations and win instructions to drive sales growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in the estate agency sector at Sales/Assistant Sales Manager level
  • Experience of conducting valuations and winning instructions
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of estate agents
  • Strong knowledge of the residential estate agency sector and market trends
  • Full driving license and ability to travel
