Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a compassionate and organized Relief Lodge Manager to join our team on an 'as and when required' basis. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers at our retirement developments in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners
- Administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards
- Facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings
- Liaising with a range of departments and external contacts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality
- Computer literacy with previous experience of using MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socializing
What We Offer:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Subsistence allowance for overnight stays
