Commercial Sales and Customer Service Specialist

As a Commercial Sales and Customer Service Specialist at Watts Farms Fresh Produce Holdings Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone to resolve complaints and acquire new customers. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and other key staff via site meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, preferably within the food sector, who can demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and time management. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach to work, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year. Package includes 31 days annual leave, 20% staff discount, and opportunities for professional development.
