Front of House Manager Opportunity at Chestnut

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Front of House team at Chestnut, a group of stunning pubs with rooms, big houses, and bottle shops. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front of House area, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the Front of House experience, including training and coaching staff.
  • Manage the Front of House area, including inventory management, stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
