Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: £9.50-£13.50 per hour based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our award-winning team at The Harper Hotel. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, embodying our commitment to excellence, individuality, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience: Uphold our high service standards with every interaction, ensuring guest satisfaction is always our top priority.
  • Provide Warm and Personalized Service: Serve as welcoming sunshine for our guests, delivering warm and personalized service with a genuine smile.
  • Take Ownership of Your Role: Take ownership of your role, proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations with professionalism and dedication.
  • Embody Our Brand: Embody your unique personality and charm, bringing a touch of warmth and authenticity with each interaction.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and drinks in our restaurant and bar, ensuring guests have a delightful experience.
  • Cleanliness and Tidiness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant and bar area, including cleaning and clearing tables.
  • Close Down Duties: Perform close down duties after service, such as cleaning surfaces, restocking supplies, and preparing the space for the next day.
  • Support Our Sister Pubs: Occasionally lend your talents to our sister pubs when needed, expanding your experience and contributing to our hospitality family.
