Care Team Leader - Day Shifts

Competitive salary of £14.25 per hour (day shifts) plus additional benefits and a paid sickness scheme.

A Typical Day:

You will foster strong connections with your colleagues and collaborate with community health and social care professionals. With a natural talent for leadership and motivation, you will work alongside home managers, assisting in the daily supervision of staff and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

About Our Facility:

Our facility consists of a 40-flat housing with care scheme, where we provide support and assistance to tenants living independently in their own flats.
