Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to meet the daily needs of our valued residents.
  • Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals for support workers within your team.
  • Actively contribute to care planning processes and provide coaching and guidance to support staff.
  • Represent our services professionally when interacting with relatives, prospective residents, and inquiries.
  • Participate in updating and maintaining accurate resident documentation and care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each resident's needs to ensure continuity of care.
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
