Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, embodying our commitment to excellence, individuality, and fun. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and bar area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Uphold our high service standards with every interaction, ensuring guest satisfaction is always our top priority.
    • Serve as a welcoming presence for our guests, delivering warm and personalized service with a genuine smile.
    • Take ownership of your role, proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations with professionalism and dedication.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver food and drinks in our restaurant and bar, ensuring guests have a delightful experience.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant and bar area, including cleaning and clearing tables.
    • Perform close down duties after service, such as cleaning surfaces, restocking supplies, and preparing the space for the next day.
