Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our award-winning team at The Harper Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to maintain a high level of service standards.
  • Take ownership of your role, proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Deliver food and drinks in our restaurant and bar, ensuring guests have a delightful experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant and bar area, including cleaning and clearing tables.
  • Perform close down duties after service, such as cleaning surfaces, restocking supplies, and preparing the space for the next day.
