We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team at The Harper Hotel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front of house during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front of house area, including the reception, lobby, and corridors, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with room preparation, including cleaning and restocking amenities.
  • Handle guest queries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
