Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group.

About the Role: As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at KS3 & KS4. You will work closely with our experienced Department to deliver high-quality education and support the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Psychology to students at KS3 & KS4
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Experience teaching Psychology at KS3 & KS4
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
