Customer Experience Leader

As a Customer Experience Leader with Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences across our busy and complex stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will lead a team of managers, setting the direction for your area and empowering them to deliver outstanding results.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
* Working closely with store teams to understand customer needs and preferences
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Coaching and guiding managers to work collaboratively as a productive team, building their capabilities and leading them through change
**About You:**
* You are a motivated and dedicated individual with experience in retail leadership or management
* You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to driving business growth
* You are confident in your ability to lead and inspire others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
