Customer Experience Leader

As a Customer Experience Leader at Wearemapp, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of properties.
With a strong focus on occupier satisfaction, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our spaces are tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
You will be the face of RE-DEFINED, our flexible workspace brand, and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our customers feel valued and supported.
This role requires a self-motivated and diligent individual who can think creatively and identify opportunities to enhance services and occupier satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include occupier on-boarding, day-to-day supplier relationships, sales performance and ensuring our space is safe and compliant.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a great benefits package.
