Customer Experience Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our retail team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business KPIs for our stores.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals.
- Develop and implement store procedures to ensure compliance with our standards and policies.
- Prioritize actions for the store that have the most impact on business goals and develop quarterly action plans.
- Retail management experience of at least 4 years, ideally as a Store Manager.
- Leadership and customer service skills.
- Sales and merchandising knowledge.
- Inventory management ability.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility in work hours.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €55,000-€75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
