Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team.

This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience in a similar team setting.

About the MASH Team:

Our team works closely with professionals from various sectors to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in the community.

About You:

You must be registered with Social Work England and have relevant experience in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting. As an advanced practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing referrals, making informed decisions, and providing expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess referrals and develop effective safeguarding strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on child protection and wellbeing matters
  • Collaborate with professionals to enhance child outcomes

Salary and Benefits:

  • £50 per hour umbrella rate (PAYE options also available)
  • Parking facilities available onsite or nearby
  • 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings
  • Hybrid working arrangement (three days a week in the office)
