Senior Practitioner - Child Protection and MASH

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our child protection and MASH team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to colleagues across the organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Leaders in Care and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex challenges in child welfare. With a salary range of £44,658 to £46,704 per annum, this role offers a competitive package, including a £4,000 welcome bonus and £8,000 relocation incentive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues across the organization, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in child protection and welfare.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are essential.
  • Proven experience in a child protection or MASH role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
