We are seeking a highly motivated Child Protection and Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Bexley.
As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing risks associated with child protection and mental health issues.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments, develop care plans, and provide supervision to staff when necessary.
- Requirements: Social work qualification or equivalent, registration with Social Work England, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
