**Job Overview:** Child Wellbeing Specialists

We are seeking experienced and qualified Social Workers to join our Family Help Service in Wandsworth. Our team provides transformational help for families to achieve positive outcomes for children.

In this role, you will work with families to co-produce child and family assessments, and build family-led plans under Child in Need and Child Protection frameworks. You will practice alongside co-located Children's Practitioners, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Substance Misuse and Domestic Abuse Practitioners.

The ideal candidate will hold a social work qualification with Social Work England membership and have completed their ASYE Year. They will be an excellent communicator and collaborator who is compassionate and understands the needs of children and young people.

We offer a competitive salary up to £51,127 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 40 days annual leave, flexible working, and a generous pension plan.
