Business Process Improvement Specialist

Are you a skilled IT Business Process Analyst looking for a new challenge? MBN Solutions is partnering with a global consulting firm to find an experienced professional to join their team on a fixed term basis.
We are seeking a talented individual who can map existing processes using ITIL principles, defining inputs, outputs, and performance indicators. This includes creating clear, actionable standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with ITIL service management guidelines.
The successful candidate will have proficiency in business process mapping tools and experience with ITSM tools for automating or ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Strong analytical skills are required to assess current workflows and recommend ITIL-aligned improvements.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real impact within a global organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of the ITIL framework and hands-on application experience. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are also essential for engaging teams during process validation and implementation.
