Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Organizational Change Management and will have a proven track record of delivering business process improvements.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading change management activities related to the Terminal Efficiencies Project. This includes creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver communication plans.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Organizational Change Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering change management within an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
