Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client needs and risk assessments for all referrals
  • Develop and implement individual resettlement support plans to ensure tenants reach their full potential
  • Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements and compliance
  • Support clients with welfare rights, budgeting, employment, education, and training
  • Foster strong relationships with the local community through outreach and engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date communication systems and health and safety incident records
  • Work within established organisation policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing information, advice, and guidance to clients
  • Basic IT knowledge and housing management experience
  • An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role
