Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meat, vegetables, and sides, to Nando's high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Back of House team to achieve our service goals.
