Senior Restaurant Manager 5 Star Hotel

We are a 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel with a 1 AA Rosette standard restaurant, offering a warm welcome to our guests. Our emphasis is on quality produce and outstanding service. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for opening, overseeing, and closing our beautiful Brasserie on a daily basis. You will need to be hands-on, in the thick of the action in this fast-paced venue. Key responsibilities include recruitment, training, implementing and upholding service standards, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will also be responsible for sending and processing pre-orders for larger tables. A knowledge of computer systems is essential for this role.
