Client Success Manager

At InvestorFlow, we are seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager to drive growth and satisfaction for our clients. This role involves advocating for clients during implementations, driving platform adoption, and monitoring client health metrics to prevent churn.

InvestorFlow is an investor and deal engagement platform that prioritizes intelligent digital experiences, productivity, and engagement. Our cloud-native platform integrates deal flow management, fundraising, reporting, and investor services. We serve over 175 clients, including 25 of the top 50 alternative asset managers, managing more than $6 trillion in assets, 750 funds, and 90,000 LPs.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client support roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience with the ability to gain certification within 6 months.
- Bonus: Experience in the commercial real estate industry or private markets with knowledge of relevant products, workflows, and technologies.
Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
