Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager to join our Space Executive team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in an account management or customer success role, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients.
  • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.

Compensation and Benefits: A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
