Food and Beverage Team Leader Position

The National Trust is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to your team, focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers
Supervise the induction and training of colleagues, promoting a culture of great service and teamwork
Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare food and maintain high standards of presentation
Requirements
Friendly and adaptable, with a positive 'can-do' approach
Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A people person, with excellent communication skills and a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
