About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience in our cafes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they are consistently delivering great service to our customers.
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues, helping to build a team dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with preparing food and maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
