About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our cafes operate to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 18 to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the cafe is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
