About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our cafes operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure they are consistently delivering great service to our customers.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Assist with the preparation of food and drinks as needed.
