About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our cafes operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure they are consistently delivering great service to our customers.
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a team dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare food and ensure that all displays and signs are accurate and appealing.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude to inspire and motivate your team.
