Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a leading B2B automotive services business seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the existing client base, identifying new sales opportunities and promoting all products and services.
  • Prospect and introduce new customers, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to tender opportunities and drive sales success.
  • Conclude sales opportunities from start to finish, pitching to prospects, building strong commercial proposals, and managing contract discussions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Build cohesive working relationships with Operation Centres and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Attend industry events, acting as an ambassador for the business, gaining industry insights, and networking with prospects and customers.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • A proven field-based sales record gained in automotive B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A highly organized individual with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Able to generate and implement strategic ideas, driving sales growth and market expansion.
  • Confident and competent in up-selling and cross-selling, with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Transient and agile, with tenacious resilience, able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
