Join Sales Talent Connect Limited, a leading energy consultancy, as a B2B Energy Sales Specialist. As a pioneer in empowering the charity sector through significant savings and genuine care, we're seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist to engage with our expansive database of potential charity clients.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing outbound calls to gauge client needs, articulating our unique selling points, and handling objections. Your mission is to harness your sales prowess to convert conversations into meaningful actions, helping charities maximize their resources through better utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential charity clients through outbound calls to understand their needs and articulate our unique selling points.
  • Making between 70-100 calls a day to cultivate and manage a personal pipeline, meeting and exceeding KPIs through strategic actions.
  • Foster enduring relationships that build trust and encourage repeat engagements.

  • Taken on fully paid trips (e.g., last year, they did Silverstone, Take That Concert - 10 employees went, everything paid for).
