Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Manchesteronline is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client base through regular review meetings and strategic account planning.
  • Prospect and introduce new customers to our products and services, utilizing your knowledge of the automotive industry to identify potential opportunities.
  • Grow the overall volume and value of accounts through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Respond to tender opportunities and work closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to conclude sales.
  • Organize regular review meetings with customers to share management information and explore further opportunities to promote and cross-sell other group services.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system at all times, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build cohesive working relationships with Operation Centres and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Attend industry events to act as an ambassador for Manchesteronline, gain industry insights, and network with prospects and customers.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • A proven field-based sales record gained in automotive B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A highly organized individual who can coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Able to generate and implement strategic ideas to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Confident and competent in up-selling and cross-selling, with a strong understanding of commercial awareness.
  • Transient and agile, with tenacious resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
