Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

ASKE Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client base through regular review meetings and strategic account planning.
  • Prospect and introduce new customers to our products and services, leveraging your knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Grow the overall volume and value of accounts through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Respond to tender opportunities and work closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to secure new business.
  • Conclude sales opportunities from start to finish, including pitching to prospects, building commercial proposals, and managing contract discussions.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Build cohesive working relationships with Operation Centres and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Attend industry events to network with prospects and customers, gain industry insights, and promote our business.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven field-based sales record in automotive B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Able to generate and implement strategic ideas to drive business growth.
  • Confident and competent in up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze business opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000, plus commissions of up to £27,000 per annum, car allowance, pension, medicash, and share scheme. If you are a self-starter with a drive for sales success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
