Telecoms and Telematics Sales Lead

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as Telecoms and Telematics Sales Lead. This is a key role that involves leading sales strategies and teams for a key client in the Telematics & Telecoms sector.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a sales team, setting targets for additional products and services, developing market strategy, and reviewing marketing activity output.
Salary: £70,000 (OTE) + benefits package. Key requirements include a proven track record of successful sales team management, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and previous knowledge of fleet products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team, overseeing sales operations for Telematics and Telecoms.
- Maximise growth and development of existing customers and drive new business growth.
- Set targets for additional products, services, and number of vehicles using our products and services.
- Develop market strategy for telematics and telecoms with the marketing team.
- Review and implement marketing activity output and ROI.
- Implement lead referral process and analyse team performances.
- Manage appraisal processes and identify training requirements.
- Manage sales conversion and output with the finance team.
- Assist in development of new/enhanced products.
